Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of sessionalgos.com and any Session Algos software you subscribe to. By subscribing or using the software, you agree to them. “We” and “us” means Session Algos. “You” means the person subscribing.

What you get

A subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Session Algos software you subscribed to, such as indicators and strategies for NinjaTrader 8, for as long as your subscription is active. It includes the setup guide and any updates we release while you are subscribed. We may limit a license to a set number of computers.

Not financial advice

Session Algos sells software tools. We are not a broker, a financial advisor, or a registered investment adviser, and nothing we provide is investment, financial, or trading advice. The software executes rules you configure. It does not know your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and it does not guarantee any result. Trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance, simulated or live, does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for every trade placed in your account, whether you place it or the software does.

Your responsibilities

• You supply and maintain your own NinjaTrader 8 installation, any connection tools the software needs, and your own brokerage, evaluation, or prop firm account.
• You check that your broker or firm allows automated trading before using the software, and you follow their rules.
• You keep your license key private and do not share, resell, or sublicense it.
• You do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software or any part of it.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you sign up, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. If a plan includes a free trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

Ownership

The software, its code, trading logic, documentation, and the Session Algos name and brand are owned by us. Your subscription is a license to use them, not a transfer of ownership.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, for example by sharing your license key, or if a payment fails and is not resolved. If you cancel or your access ends, your license stops working at the end of your paid period.

No warranty

The software and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them running and fix problems quickly, but we do not promise they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every setup, broker, or platform update.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the software or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and email active subscribers. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
